I’m Mark Schweikert, a trial attorney in Miami. I began my career on the other side of the courtroom, defending large corporations at a major international law firm. That experience taught me how the other side builds its case, and it’s why I know where those cases are vulnerable. Today I represent people and businesses whose cases are supported by the facts and the law.
Over nearly two decades, I’ve litigated and tried cases to verdict in federal court, state court, and arbitration, securing favorable outcomes for my clients. In every case, the work starts the same way: find the facts that will decide the case, build it so it can be proved at trial, and use that preparation as leverage long before trial begins. Some disputes are long, contentious, and costly. My goal never changes — justice for my client.
