I’m Mark Schweikert, a trial attorney in Miami. I began my career on the other side of the courtroom. My first years were spent defending large corporations — the kind of institutions most of my clients are now up against. That experience taught me how the other side builds its case, and it’s why I know where those cases are vulnerable. Today I represent people, not institutions.
As a trial attorney, I’ve litigated and tried numerous cases to verdict in court and arbitration, securing multi-million dollar outcomes for my clients. My mission is to help those who need it most by vindicating their rights, holding wrongdoers accountable, and obtaining meaningful relief. I represent a select group of clients whom I believe have been wronged and whose cases are supported by the facts and the law. Some legal battles are long, contentious, and costly. My goal never changes — justice for my client.
